  Family Walks
carefully selected circular walks

Delightful short & generally easy family walks through beautiful Devon.

All Walks have been selected with the following factors in mind:

Traffic

Some walks may include quiet country lanes but main roads or busy lanes are always avoided.

Beach & river walking.

Youngsters love exploring beaches or shallow rivers.

Some additional interest to engage the children

This is often in the form of information boards or as in the case of Haldon, various large wooden instruments and shelters.

Wildlife and nature trails

Walks through nature reserves or butterfly walks, ie Haldon, Exeter Valley Park, capture children's imagination.

Check out our short Town Walks.
