Walk 2 to Doddiscombsleigh (8.1 miles)

Difficulty:

This quite strenuous walk follows more lanes than tracks but the countryside is quite stunning.

It starts at Christow's Car Park and takes you via Christow's delightful old railway station to Doddiscombsleigh, past the famous Nobody Inn - allow 1hr 30 min to the Doddiscomsleigh.

It returns via Higher Ashton - its church is well worth a visit - passing The Manor Inn at Lower Ashton, through part of the Teign Valley Golf grounds.

busy crossingThe 6 min country lane stretch to the B3193 can be quite busy.
