This is a short and easy walk through a still unspoilt part of Devon with its charming thatched cottages and old orchards.
Whimple used to boast a flourishing cider factory,Whiteways;the only evidence remaining is a wealth of orchards.

There are still two pubs in this village: The Thirsty Farmer and the New Fountain.
