This delightful walks starts in the eastern outskirts of Newton Abbot and soon descends into a tranquil valley.- a small diversion could take you to Haccombe Chapel,dating back to the 14th century.

After a steady climb to Coffinswell, you can either turn left to explore the village & recently refurbished pub or turn right to return along a working quarry following paths all the way back. You also get a good glimpse of the construction of the Kingskerswell bypass.
