This popular but quite strenuous walk includes several steep ascents and descents. It runs through Newton Abbot's town centre to 2 idyllically situated old churches ( Wolborough & High Week). It follows part of the river Lemon valley and joins the Templer Way at the end.
Views of Newton Abbot and the Teign Valley are breathtaking.

This walk starts at Decoy Country Park, skirts the big lake and climbs at times steeply following paths and tracks towards the delightful village of Abbotskerswell .
It passes the Court Farm Inn and the Exporium & Coffee House ,both in the village. On the way back you follow the lane towards Abbotskerswell Priory,now a home for the elderly.
There are several stiles.
Although at times strenuous the views are quite stunning.
