Walk 1 Short Circular (2.3 miles)

An easy and pleasant short (dog friendly) walk.

The Vikings commanded by Hubba the Dane and his 23 longships and 1,200 men raided the area in 878.

We suggest parking at the garden centre and use the path along the A3072 to Bow.

Walk 2 Zeal Monachorum (5 miles)

A delightful pub walk following mainly public footpaths. with lots of opportunities to explore the natural beauty of this region.

The route follows quiet lanes and public footpaths with several climbs and descents.

It includes Hayne Bridge across the Yeo, Zeal Monachorum's church and Tuckingmill (an old water powered corn mill).
