Woodbury Castle explore an iron age castle and a wild & beautiful moorland
Woodbury Common is a popular place for dog walkers; there is plenty of 'space' and the views are quite spectacular.

This varied walk follows well drained bridlepaths, tracks and clearly marked paths. There are some steep climbs or descents.. You can walk through the castle, an iron Age hill fort, but beware of the high ramparts and deep ditches. Park near the castle or on the road to Yettington.
