This enjoyable rural walk begins on the outskirts of the village, passing the entrance to a former estate once owned by Nigel Mansell. It follows a track through his golf course, leading to the wild expanse of the Common and continuing alongside Woodbury Castle.

There are some spectacular views of the Exe estuary.
