To make your Points of Interest appear in the correct category it is ESSENTIAL to use the correct TYPE NUMBER
Right Click icon and select 'Search POI TYPE'
Search TEXT, ie Curry,Fuel,Florist etc
Search for TYPE number ie 0x10B1E,6403,13702, 14400 etc Use wild cards , ie 10B to list all the 10B types Includes undocumented POIS 0X13500 to 0x14400 For more information click here |

Some TOPO maps contain active routes for walking,hiking,mountaineering,cycling & mountain biking Unfortunately, these lines/routes are small & very difficult to see.
With TYPWiz 6 you can change their size,colour & pattern
Active Routing can be viewed on Basecamp , not Mapsource, and on any device that supports Active Routing -check here.
